1. Introduction
Welcome to innopaybus ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our bus ticket booking platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Account Registration
To book bus tickets through our Service, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Ticket Booking
When you book a ticket through our Service, you enter into a contract with the bus operator for the journey. We act as an intermediary between you and the bus operator. The ticket price displayed includes all applicable taxes and fees.
3.2 Payment
Payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods including:
- Credit and debit cards
- Net banking
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Digital wallets
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
3.3 Booking Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email and SMS. This confirmation serves as your ticket. You must present this confirmation (printed or on mobile) along with valid government-issued photo ID at the time of boarding.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking through our Service. Cancellation charges vary based on the time of cancellation:
- More than 24 hours before departure: 10% cancellation charge + service fee
- 12-24 hours before departure: 25% cancellation charge + service fee
- 6-12 hours before departure: 50% cancellation charge + service fee
- Less than 6 hours before departure: No refund
Note: Specific bus operators may have different cancellation policies. The applicable policy will be displayed during the booking process.
4.2 Refund Process
Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. The refund amount will be the ticket price minus applicable cancellation charges and service fees.
4.3 Bus Operator Cancellations
If a bus operator cancels a trip, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price. We will notify you via email and SMS. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure
- Carry valid government-issued photo identification
- Comply with the bus operator's rules and regulations
- Not engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities
- Not misuse or attempt to manipulate our Service
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Respect other passengers and bus operator staff
6. Travel Documents and Identification
You must carry the following documents while traveling:
- Booking confirmation (printed or on mobile device)
- Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card, or Voter ID)
Failure to present these documents may result in denial of boarding without any refund.
7. Baggage Policy
The general baggage policy is:
- One piece of baggage up to 20 kg per passenger is allowed
- Additional baggage may incur extra charges as per operator policy
- Fragile and valuable items should be carried as hand luggage
- Hazardous materials and prohibited items are not allowed
Bus operators are not responsible for loss or damage to baggage. We recommend keeping valuables with you as hand luggage.
8. Service Availability
We strive to ensure our Service is available 24/7. However, we may occasionally suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service unavailability.
9. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including:
- Bus operator platforms (powered by SeatSeller API)
- Payment gateways
- SMS and email service providers
We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We act solely as an intermediary between passengers and bus operators
- We are not responsible for the bus operator's actions, delays, cancellations, or service quality
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the booking amount
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property during travel
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our Service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our Service
- Create derivative works based on our Service
12. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or use of our Service:
- You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us
